- Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be in original condition with tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Products damaged during delivery may be returned for exchange or refund.

Return Procedure:
- Contact us via mayshopzecommerce@gmail.com within 7 working days.
- Provide order number, reason for return, and photos of damaged products (if applicable).
- Receive return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
- Deliver returns to MayShopz nearest office or head office at Cape coast in the central region of Ghana with RMA number.
Refund Options:
- Full refund to original payment method
- Store credit
- Exchange for same product or different size/color
Refund Timeline:
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refund receipt varies depending on payment method.
Non-Refundable:
- Customized or personalized products
- Digital products (e.g e-books, software)
- Delivery costs
Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges available for same product or different size/color.
- Customer responsible for return delivery.
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders cancelled before delivery: full refund.
- Orders cancelled after delivery: refund minus delivery cost
