At MayShopz we strive to provide high-quality products and services. Our returns and refund policy outlines the procedures for returning or exchanging products and receiving refunds.

Return Eligibility:

  1. Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Products must be in original condition with tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  3. Products damaged during delivery may be returned for exchange or refund.

Return Reasons:

  2. Incorrectly delivered products
  3. Unwanted products
  4. Size or fit issues

Return Procedure:

  1. Contact us via mayshopzecommerce@gmail.com within 7 working days.
  2. Provide order number, reason for return, and photos of damaged products (if applicable).
  3. Receive return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
  4. Deliver returns to MayShopz nearest office or head office at Cape coast in the central region of Ghana with RMA number.

Refund Options:

  1. Full refund to original payment method
  2. Store credit
  3. Exchange for same product or different size/color

Refund Timeline:

  1. Refunds processed within 5-7 business days.
  2. Refund receipt varies depending on payment method.

Non-Refundable:

  1. Customized or personalized products
  2. Digital products (e.g e-books, software)
  3. Delivery costs

Exchange Policy:

  1. Exchanges available for same product or different size/color.
  2. Customer responsible for return delivery.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Orders cancelled before delivery: full refund.
  2. Orders cancelled after delivery: refund minus delivery cost

Exceptions:

  1. Special orders or custom products.
  2. Products with explicit return policies.
